The Role Seeking a hands-on technical leader to architect cloud-native solutions, drive engineering excellence, and mentor a squad of 4-8 full-stack developers.
Must-Haves
- Experience: 8+ years in full-stack product development with 3+ years in team leadership.
- Track Record: Successfully designed, built, and scaled at least one SaaS or enterprise platform to production.
- Frontend: Expert in React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
- Backend: Solid expertise in Node.js (Express/NestJS) and Python (Django/FastAPI).
- Architecture: Deep knowledge of Microservices, REST/GraphQL, and event-driven design.
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Databases:
Advanced SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical architecture for React, Node.js, and Python modules.
- Translate product requirements into technical designs and sprint deliverables.
- Enforce strict code quality, automated testing (Jest/PyTest), and security (OWASP) standards.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Product, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams.
Bonus
