- Responsible to attend the breakdowns when information received from shift Incharge.
- Responsible to complete the PM activities of machine during no production days.
- Daily checking of machines healthy condition.
- Responsible to Handle Project in allotted Area
- Responsible to close any safety NCs related to department.
- Maintain ISO documents.
- Responsible to manage the contract manpower in shift.
- Responsible to co-ordinate with other departments of smooth running of production.
- Responsible to manage and maintain spare parts inventory.
Responsible to maintain Hydraulic and Pneumatic Equipment
Preferred candidate profile
- Knowledge about Mechanical, electrical spares, Drawings.
- Systematic and proper evaluation of Problem, drill down the problem to reach to root cause and solving the problem with the help of concerns
