The Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Edu tech growth team. This role is a vital part of our expansion, focusing on generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving the adoption of our ERP, LMS and custom software solutions across the assigned territories of all over

Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities: -

- Visit schools & colleges to generate leads
- Pitch and demonstrate our ERP & LMS software
- Convert leads into customers (close deals)
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Follow up regularly and maintain client database
- Work with team to achieve monthly sales

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Any Graduate (BCA / MCA Or BSc / MSc / B.Tech. / M.Tech. with Computer Science will be preferred)
- Min. 6 months experience in Sales & Marketing domain is must.
- Good communication skills (Marathi,



Hindi & English)
- Confidence in speaking and presenting
- Interest in sales & field work
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM (training will be provided)

Additional Requirements -

Must own a personal bike, laptop, and smartphone for daily field activities.
