Role Purpose

To manage end-to-end procurement and fulfillment for multi-brand parts, ensuring effective sourcing, timely availability, cost control, and reliable delivery to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and onboard suppliers to expand parts availability
- Manage purchase orders, logistics, and inventory operations
- Ensure timely fulfillment of distributor and dealer requirements
- Build and maintain database for in-house and aftermarket parts
- Create part numbers, catalogues, and pricing in coordination with costing team
- Align procurement and fulfillment activities with business needs
- Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory control




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
- Improve sourcing efficiency and cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards

Requirements

Qualification:

- Graduate Engineer (Mechanical / Automobile)

Experience:

- 3-5years in automobile industry (Parts / Sales / Aftermarket)

Functional Skills:

- Auto parts knowledge
- Inventory & warehouse management
- Sourcing and vendor management
- Costing and pricing

Behavioral Skills:

- Strong team player
- Customer-focused with good communication skills
- High ownership and accountability

Technical Skills:

- SAP / ERP systems
- MS Office (Excel, reports, tracking)
