Job Summary

We are looking for a Line Leader to supervise shop-floor production activities, manage manpower, maintain product quality, and achieve daily production targets in a home appliance manufacturing setting.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise daily assembly-line operations to achieve shift-wise production targets.
- Allocate tasks to operators and manage manpower deployment on the production line.
- Monitor production processes for refrigerators and washing machines.
- Ensure product quality and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify defective products and coordinate rework activities with the quality team.
- Monitor production output, rejection rates, downtime, and line efficiency.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and material-handling teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain production reports, shift handover records,



and manpower attendance.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and 5S practices.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 15 years in manufacturing or production-line operations.
- Experience in assembly-line supervision and manpower handling is preferred.
- Knowledge of production targets, quality inspection, rework, and 5S.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, as per production requirements.

Preferred Industry

Home Appliances, Consumer Durables, Automobile Manufacturing, Electronics, or General Manufacturing.
