- Ensure accurate valuation and timely gold loan disbursement.
- Conduct branch visits, stock audits, and valuation checks.
- Monitor delinquent cases and support portfolio quality.
- Train branch staff on gold valuation techniques and fraud prevention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain customer confidentiality.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in gold valuation or related BFSI roles.
- Solid knowledge of gold purity testing and valuation.
- Good communication and training skills.
- Willingness to travel to nearby branches.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
