Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Executive – Horticulture & Beautification to manage and maintain the factory premises' landscaping, greenery, gardens, and overall aesthetic appearance. The ideal candidate should have a background in horticulture and experience in plant care, landscape maintenance, and beautification activities within an industrial or factory environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain gardens, lawns, green belts, plants, and landscaped areas within the factory premises.
- Plan and execute horticulture and beautification activities to enhance the overall appearance of the facility.
- Supervise gardening staff, contractors, and housekeeping teams involved in outdoor maintenance, as required.
- Ensure proper watering, pruning, trimming, fertilization, and pest and disease control for plants.
- Maintain seasonal flower beds, ornamental plants, trees, and other green areas.




- Monitor the health of plants and implement appropriate maintenance and improvement measures.
- Coordinate the procurement of plants, seeds, fertilizers, gardening tools, and other horticulture materials.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of lawns, pathways, landscaped areas, and surrounding premises.
- Maintain records of horticulture activities, material consumption, maintenance schedules, and related expenses.
- Ensure compliance with factory safety guidelines and environmental practices during maintenance activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Sc. in Horticulture is mandatory.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in horticulture, landscaping, gardening, or beautification activities.
- Practical knowledge of plant care, lawn maintenance, pruning, fertilization, and pest management.
- Experience in maintaining green spaces in industrial, factory, institutional, or commercial premises will be preferred.
- Positive coordination, supervision, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day horticulture activities.
