Manager Product, Food Systems BU

Location – HO, Shivajinagar, Pune

Experience – 10-15 yrs

Qualification – BE/B.Tech in Food, Agricultural, Mechanical Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.

Role & responsibilities

Identify target markets and drive business development and revenue generation.

Understand customer process requirements and propose suitable products, systems, and process solutions.

Review PFDs, P&IDs;, layouts, BOQs, material lists, and project costing.

Validate thermal/mechanical designs and coordinate with engineering and vendors.

Manage customer relationships, conduct customer visits, and support technical/commercial discussions.

Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, conferences, and industry events.

Track market trends and identify current business and solution opportunities.





Lead, guide, and manage the business development/technical team, ensuring effective coordination, performance, and achievement of business targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in food processing, fruit pulp, beverage, dairy, or allied industries.

Good understanding of process equipment, plant design, PFD/P&ID;, BOQ, and costing.

Knowledge of components and vendor management is an added advantage.

Strong business development, customer management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel pan India and relocate as per business requirements.
