We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a solid background in residential interior sales, full-home interiors, modular kitchens, and wardrobes. The ideal candidate should have proven team leadership skills and a track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Drive end-to-end sales for full-home interior projects, from lead generation to closure.
- Understand customer requirements, budgets, and design preferences.
- Conduct client meetings, present interior solutions, and negotiate deals.
- Drive sales of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and complete home interiors.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions,
and sales performance.
- Coordinate with design and project teams for smooth project handovers.
- Build strong client relationships and generate referral business.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5-8 years of experience in residential interior sales.
- Experience in full-home interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, or home improvement solutions.
- Proven team management and target achievement experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Hyderabad-based candidates preferred.
