Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to handle loan-related data, contact prospective customers, generate leads, and follow up on loan enquiries. The candidate will be responsible for explaining loan products, understanding customer requirements, and coordinating with the loan processing team to convert leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the available loan data.

* Generate leads for business loans, personal loans, home loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Cash Credit (CC), and Term Loans.

* Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and basic documentation requirements to customers.

* Understand customer financial requirements and identify suitable loan opportunities.

* Follow up with interested customers to collect preliminary information and required documents.

* Maintain accurate customer details, call records, lead status, and follow-up schedules in Excel/CRM.





* Coordinate with the loan processing team for further action on qualified leads.

* Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead-generation targets.

* Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.

Required Skills

* Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

* Good telephone etiquette and convincing skills.

* Ability to handle customer objections and follow up regularly.

* Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented approach.

* Prior experience in telecalling, banking, NBFC, or loan sales will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

* Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

* Candidates with experience in loan sales, banking products, financial services, or telemarketing are preferred.

* Immediate joiners will be preferred.
