Foreclosure:
- Basic knowledge about US Mortgage and foreclosure process preferably Judicial Foreclosure along with good understanding of Mortgage documents such as Complaint, Notice of Sale, Deed of Trust, Assignment, Title document, Lis Pendens, Judgement etc.
- File Complaint and issue summons for service of process
- Understanding of FHA/VA loan requirements and guidelines
- Update and document all tracking systems including the explicit and accurate documentation of the accounts worked
- Reviewing of other Title documents for any potential Title issue
- Ensure all assigned cases are worked in accordance with regulatory, investor/insurer, and Trust Policy requirements and timelines.
- Understanding of FHA/VA loan requirements and guidelines
- Update and document all tracking systems including the clear and accurate documentation of the accounts worked
