Role & responsibilities Provide high-level technical support and advanced troubleshooting for Fire Alarm Panels, Fire Suppression systems, Public Address (PA) setups, and CCTV, Access Control.
Quick problem-solving capability, excellent phone etiquette, and a deep understanding of fire electronics circuitry
Preferred candidate profile 2+ years of hands-on technical or site support experience in Fire Alarm System, Fire Suppression, Fire Detections, CCTV and Access systems
Must be multilingual with the ability to communicate fluently in English, Tamil, and Hindi to assist regional field teams seamlessly
