Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end CMS implementations (API, H2H, and file-based integrations)
- Ensure timely project delivery with minimal defects and high-quality outcomes
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation (Like BRD, Artifacts or any support documents)
- Handle integrations with internal systems and client applications
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and audit requirements
- Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and stabilization support
- Track implementation progress and proactively highlight risks/issues

Key Skills:

- Strong understanding of CMS/payment systems (NEFT, RTGS, UPI, BBPS, NACH, E-Collections, etc.)
- Experience in API and H2H integrations with ERP systems (SAP, Tally,



Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.)
- Knowledge of encryption/decryption mechanisms (AES-128, AES-256, PGP, etc.)
- Understanding of authentication methods, including JWT (JSON Web Token), symmetric and asymmetric key-based authentication
- Familiarity with file formats, SFTP, and middleware/API gateways
- Robust communication skills (written and spoken English)
- Good stakeholder management, coordination, and problem-solving abilities

Experience:

- 3 to 4 years (Banking, Payments, or Fintech domain preferred)
