About the Role
Urban Vault is looking for a Project Executive to manage and coordinate commercial interior and managed workspace fit-out projects from planning through successful handover.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in commercial interiors, office fit-outs, project coordination, and site execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute commercial interior and office fit-out projects from start to finish.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, site readiness, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Supervise on-site execution activities and ensure timely project completion.
- Identify and resolve site-related challenges.
- Ensure projects are executed according to approved plans and specifications.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with contractors and vendors.
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Support project planning, execution, and handover activities.
Candidate Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial interiors, office fit-outs, coworking spaces, or managed office projects.
- Hands-on experience in site execution and project coordination.
- Good understanding of commercial interior fit-out activities.
- Strong vendor and contractor coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong ownership and accountability.
Preferred: Candidates who have completed at least 2-3 commercial interior or office fit-out projects.
Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days preferred.
