Working Days: 6 days a week
Shift Timing: 12 PM 9 PM
Eliigibility Criteria:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience in BPO recruitment.
- Staffing industry experience preferred.
- Good candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven recruitment setting.
Role & Responsibilities:
- - Source and screen candidates for BPO requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.
- Achieve recruitment targets within deadlines.
