Development of a new GCP-based platform to consolidate existing functionalities for the Real Estate and Private Equity businesses within Asset Management.

Responsibilities

- Application Governance Compliance:
- Ensuring the application complies with all internal policies, information security standards, and external regulatory requirements.
- Managing lifecycle events, including decommissioning, upgrades, and patch management.
- Facilitating regular risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and audit reviews.
- Operations Incident Management:
- Acting as the ultimate escalation point for high-priority incidents affecting the application.
- Ensuring appropriate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) are defined, monitored, and met.
- Overseeing disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP) testing.
- Access Identity Management:
- Ensuring strict access controls are in place (e.g., Privileged Access Management, regular user access recertifications).
- Ensuring the principle of least privilege is maintained for application access.
- Stakeholder Vendor Management:
- Collaborating with Business Application Owners (BAOs)



to align the technical roadmap with business strategies.
- Managing relationships with third-party software vendors or internal development teams.

Skills

Must have

- Application governance expert with strong IT risk, audit, SDLC controls, GCP foundation knowledge, infrastructure understanding, and application ownership experience within Financial Services.
- Technical Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of the specific application's architecture, underlying infrastructure (cloud or on-premise), and integrations.
- Risk Control Mindset: Familiarity with IT risk management frameworks, cybersecurity principles, and regulatory compliance standards in banking.
- Communication: Excellent stakeholder management skills to translate technical risks into business impact.
- Problem Solving: Solid incident-resolution leadership and root-cause analysis capabilities.

Nice to have

- Previous experience in Asset Management or Investment Banking is a differentiator.
