Role Overview

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to manage interior execution from initial site work to final handover, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day interior execution, including civil, flooring, ceiling, electrical, plumbing, joinery, furniture, and finishing works.
- Read and implement architectural and interior drawings accurately on site.
- Manage contractors, labour teams, vendors, and daily work schedules.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for drawings, materials, and execution clarifications.
- Identify site discrepancies, technical issues, and delays; report and follow up for timely resolution.
- Monitor workmanship,



material usage, progress, and finishing quality.
- Maintain site reports, track pending work, and ensure snag rectification and timely handover.

Candidate Requirements

- 4–5 years of relevant experience in interior site execution, preferably residential projects.
- Diploma in Architecture or Engineering.
- Good understanding of drawings, construction methods, materials, and finishing techniques.
- Solid site management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of architectural and structural works is an advantage.
- Willingness to undertake regular site visits and take ownership of execution through handover.
- Candidate must be above 30 years of age.
