Job Description UK Chat Backend Executive

Location: Gurgaon

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in Travel Process

CTC: 32,000/month

Education: Graduate/Undergraduate

Communication Skills: C1-level English

Role & Responsibilities:

- Handle customer interactions via chat for bookings, cancellations, and amendments.
- Coordinate with partners to ensure smooth resolution of queries.
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency in backend operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service aligned with UK travel process standards.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in international travel process (chat/backend preferred).
- Solid written communication skills with C1-level English proficiency.
- Ability to multitask and manage high-volume queries effectively.
- Graduate/Undergraduate qualification.

Working Conditions

- Working Days: 5 days/week with rotational week-offs.
- Transport: Free both-side cab facility.
- Interview Process: HR Round + Operations Round.
