Position: Performance Marketing Manager
Experience: 3+ Years
Location: Noida | Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
-Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across relevant digital platforms.
-Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROI, CAC, ROAS, and other key performance metrics.
-Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and revenue growth.
-Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
-Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies.
-Stay updated with industry trends,



platform changes, and emerging performance marketing practices.
-Take ownership of campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
-3+ years of relevant experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.
-Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms and campaign optimization.
-Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
-Experience in managing marketing budgets and performance KPIs.
-Strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
