- Configure and administer Veeva Vault, preferably Veeva Vault Safety.
- Perform system administration activities across all environments.
- Own release-related activities, including Jira enhancements, technical solution design, and system configuration.
- Coordinate workplace refreshes, release deployments, and cutover activities.
- Act as a key liaison between Eli Lilly, Veeva, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Support test data preparation, system testing, and UAT activities.
- Collaborate with validation teams and provide inputs for validation documentation, including URS, FRS, IQ, and OQ.
Required Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience in Veeva Vault administration, preferably Veeva Vault Safety.
- Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance workflows and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in configuration management and system validation.
- Familiarity with GxP regulations and validation documentation standards.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams and vendors.
