We are looking for a skilled Engineer-Production with 2 to 7 years of experience to handle foundry shifts at GWASF Quality Castings, ensuring high-quality production and efficient operations.

Roles and Responsibility

- Oversee the foundry shift process to meet production targets.

- Monitor and control quality parameters to ensure high-quality castings.

- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.

- Troubleshoot issues related to foundry operations and provide technical support.

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in foundry operations.

- Robust knowledge of production processes and quality control measures.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies.
