Role & Responsibilities

- Build, test, deploy, and support full-stack features, including AI-enabled ones
- Develop Python backends and APIs (FastAPI/Flask/Django); Node.js is a plus
- Create responsive React and TypeScript frontends
- Implement AI features like RAG search, chat interfaces, and automation using LLM APIs and vector databases
- Write tests, review PRs, troubleshoot production issues, and improve reliability
- Estimate tasks, flag risks early, and mentor Associate Engineers
- Work with consulting teams and domain experts to turn business problems into solutions

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelors/Masters in CS or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 to 6 years of experience delivering production features independently
- Strong Python, API,



React, and TypeScript skills
- Solid knowledge of databases, auth, Git, testing, and CI/CD
- Experience integrating LLM services and building AI features
- Hands-on Azure or AWS experience
- Understanding of RAG, vector search, model evaluation, and AI observability
- Familiarity with Docker, infrastructure as code, queues, caching, and event-driven systems
- Explicit communicator who can explain technical trade-offs to stakeholders
- Responsible use of AI coding tools with proper review and testing
