- 4-6 years of experience in Digital Workplace / End User Computing (EUC) technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, endpoint/device management, application deployment, and device compliance.
- Knowledge of SCCM/MECM, software distribution, patch management, and endpoint configuration.
- Experience supporting Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365 workplace services, and contemporary workplace environments.
- Exposure to VDI / virtual desktop technologies and enterprise end-user computing solutions.
- Troubleshoot workplace, endpoint, application, and user-access issues across enterprise environments.
