We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller with robust expertise in FP&A;, financial controllership, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and finance transformation initiatives. The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end finance operations, management reporting, business planning, compliance, working capital management, and ERP-led process improvements. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience with SAP FICO and/or Oracle Financials, lead financial governance, support executive decision-making through actionable insights, and partner with senior leadership to enhance profitability, operational efficiency, and financial controls.

Ideal Experience

- Proven experience managing finance transformation and process improvement programs.
