We are seeking creative AI Engineers with 2-3 years of experience to develop and deploy AI/ML solutions. The role involves working with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to build scalable AI-powered applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions.
- Build data pipelines and model training workflows.
- Implement NLP, Generative AI, and predictive analytics solutions.
- Develop and maintain ML models in production environments.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify AI opportunities.
- Monitor model performance and optimize accuracy.
- Document technical solutions and best practices.
Skills Must have
- 2-3 years of experience in AI/ML development.
- Basic Knowledge on ML.
- Familiarity of AI usage with testing.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI concepts.
- Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering.
- Knowledge of SQL and data analytics.
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure AI Services or Azure Machine Learning.
- Experience with LangChain, OpenAI, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Exposure to MLOps practices and deployment pipelines.
- Exposure to Selenium / Java / Rest Assured or any other automation tools
