Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage payroll processing, including salary administration, attendance management, leave management, bonus calculations, and statutory compliance (PF & ESIC).

- Ensure accurate and timely payment of wages to employees through various payment modes.

- Maintain records of employee data, timekeeping, and time office activities using SuccessFactors software.

- Coordinate with HR team for recruitment processes such as joining formalities and onboarding current employees.

- Provide support in resolving employee queries related to payroll matters.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in Payroll Management or a similar role.

- MBA/PGDM degree from a recognized institution.

- Proficiency in Attendance Management Systems (e.g., Time Office), Salary Processing Software (e.g., SuccessFactors), Factory Act regulations.
