Hiring for HR Recruiter-Off Payrole-Third Party(HGS)

Location-Pimpari, Pune

Role & responsibilities -

- Source the relevant candidate profile from portal,Drive employee reference
- Conductand schedule interview , cordidate with business stakeholder for selection feedback and interview

- maintain recruitment tracker(Lineup,Selection,Documentation status)

- Ensure timely closure of open position as per thr hiring targets

Office Timing -9:30 To 6:30 PM

Monday to Friday (Saturday Working -Flexi working hours/WFH/Alternate saturday off, depends upon the hiring number and target completion)

Preferred candidate profile -Candidate with 6 month experience and Insurance hiring background will be given preference

Skills-English Communication ,Basic excel skills mandatory

Fresher with HR internship experice are also welcome
