Position Title: BIM Manager

Education Qualification: B.Arch

Total Experience: 7+ in BIM

Leadership Experience: 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture degree:

- Head the overall BIM team, which consists of expertise in all sectors.
- Provide technical support to the team and support the project team during escalations.
- Assist the team in understanding the project scope of work and working approach in a productive and effective way.
- Drive the estimation process for bidding projects.
- Plan resource deployment and maintain project billing data.
- Coordinate closely with the front-end (client-facing) team to understand client requirements, scope of work and the BIM deliverable schedule.
- Ensure project scope and schedule are tracked and executed through to the completion stage of the project, with the help of the Team Leads.




- Provide training sessions to upgrade the skills of the team as per upcoming project requirements.
- Support interview rounds in the hiring process, assessing technical and cultural fit for the organisation.
- Be aware of global BIM standards and ISO 19650 compliance.
- Perform model audits and create optimisation strategies to keep project teams productive; coordinate closely and actively with the project team and advise on efficient workflows and approaches for coordinating, organising.
- Ensure BIM deliverables are accurate and of high quality, and are submitted based on BIM standards and the BIM project workflow criteria / checklist for all projects.
- Maintain productive relationships with customers, vendors and the internal team.
