Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily branch operations, ensuring effective cash handling and customer service.

- Oversee sales activities to achieve targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining confidentiality when necessary.

- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures.

- Supervise team members to ensure effective communication among departments.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-2 years of experience in branch operations or related field (banking industry preferred).

- Strong understanding of branch handling, cashier activities, and basic knowledge of banking operations.

- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
