Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer from the real estate/construction industry with hands-on expertise in ERP systems, AutoCAD, project costing, estimation, and BOQ preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and verify BOQs, cost estimates, rate analysis, and quantity calculations.
- Prepare, read, and modify AutoCAD drawings.
- Manage project budgets, costing, and documentation using ERP software.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, material requirements, and expenses.




- Verify contractor bills, measurements, and project-related reports.

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of ERP, AutoCAD, costing, and BOQ.
- Experience in real estate or construction projects is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and project documentation.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
