- Process: Customer Support Associate (CSA)
- Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate
- Salary: 15,000 per month for Undergraduates and 16,000 per month for Graduates
- Experience: Freshers and candidates with 3-6 months of experience
Shift Timing: Rotational shifts
- Male Candidates: Any 9-hour shift btw 6:00 AM - 12:00 AM
- Female Candidates: Any 9-hour shift btw 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Required Skills:
- Valuable communication skills
- Customer handling and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge
