Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
- Follow company policies and achieve process quality targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers with a completed graduation are eligible.
- Excellent verbal English communication skills are mandatory.
- Candidates must be currently residing in Hyderabad.
- Valid PAN card is mandatory.
- Must be comfortable working in international shifts.
