We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer for our HPDC (High Pressure Die Casting) Department to handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of HPDC machines and associated equipment, ensuring maximum machine availability and smooth production operations.

Roles & Responsibilities: -

- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance of HPDC machines and related electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults in HPDC machines, control panels, motors, drives, sensors, and PLC-based systems.
- Attend electrical breakdowns and minimize machine downtime.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure equipment reliability.
- Inspect and maintain hydraulic systems' electrical controls, cooling systems, and auxiliary equipment.
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, breakdown records, and maintenance reports.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
- Identify recurring machine problems and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical safety systems, interlocks, and emergency stop circuits.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in CNC and VMC machine maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, breakdown handling, and ensuring maximum machine uptime in the Machine Shop.

Roles & Responsibilities: -

- Perform preventive maintenance of CNC, VMC, and other machine shop equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in CNC/VMC machines and control systems.
- Handle electrical maintenance of servo motors, spindle motors, drives, encoders, sensors, and control panels.
- Troubleshoot PLC, CNC controllers, VFDs, and machine interlocks.
- Attend machine breakdowns and take corrective actions to reduce downtime.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth production operations.
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, breakdown reports, and machine history records.
