Role & Responsibilities Showroom / Store Manager Lighting

- Manage the overall operations and performance of LYTs 6,000 sq. ft. premium decorative lighting showroom.
- Drive sales, achieve monthly targets, and monitor daily sales performance.
- Lead and manage the showroom sales team to ensure excellent customer service and target achievement.
- Handle premium customers, architects, interior designers, and high-end clients.
- Recommend suitable decorative lighting products, including chandeliers, pendants, table lamps, floor lamps, and wall lights, based on customer requirements.
- Manage customer enquiries, quotations, sales follow-ups, order bookings, and client relationships.
- Develop business opportunities through relationships with architects, interior designers, and lighting consultants.
- Oversee daily showroom operations, product displays, visual merchandising, staff coordination, and showroom presentation.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely deliveries.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate after-sales services.
- Track daily sales, enquiries, conversions,



and team performance, and report updates to management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 5 years of experience in decorative lighting, luxury lighting, or premium lighting retail.
- Experience in showroom management, sales, team handling, and daily store operations.
- Good knowledge of decorative lighting products, including chandeliers, pendants, wall lights, ceiling lights, table lamps, and floor lamps.
- Strong sales, negotiation, customer-handling, and business development skills.
- Ability to manage sales targets, customer enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order coordination.
- Experience working with architects, interior designers, lighting consultants, and high-end customers will be preferred.
- Solid communication, presentation, leadership, and team management skills.
- Customer-focused, commercially aware, and capable of managing a premium lighting showroom independently.
- Candidates from decorative lighting or luxury lighting brands will be given preference.
