Job Title : Sr. Area Sales Manager

Experience: 9 to 13 Years of experience in Retail Channel Sales & Project Sales from desired Industry like Bathware, sanitaryware, Faucets and CP fittings.

Location : Ahmedabad

Education: Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred.

Salary : upto 11.50 Lakh

Role & responsibilities :

- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
- Dealer & Distributor Network: Appoint new dealers and distributors and strengthen existing channel partnerships.
- Market Expansion: Identify current business opportunities and expand market coverage across the assigned territory.
- Retailer Relationship Management: Develop relationships with retailers, dealers, distributors, plumbers, and contractors to increase product sales.
- Product Promotion: Promote bathware products, including faucets, sanitaryware, showers, bathroom accessories, and allied products.
- Market Visits: Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance, product availability, display standards, and competitor activities.
- Sales Team Management:



Guide and monitor sales executives and territory sales representatives to achieve business objectives.
- Collections & Outstanding: Ensure timely payment collection and maintain control over dealer outstanding balances.

Team Management & Business Planning :

- Develop area-wise sales strategies and business plans for retail and project channels.
- Set targets for sales team members and monitor their performance through regular reviews.
- Conduct periodic sales meetings and provide market feedback to senior management.
- Maintain sales pipeline, business forecasts, and channel-wise performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, credit limits, and reporting procedures.

Candidate Profile:

- Good knowledge of the local market, competitor activities, and channel networks.
- Strong negotiation, communication, relationship management, and team leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
