We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage back-office operations related to car rental bookings and reservations. The candidate will be responsible for handling booking requests, maintaining data, coordinating with customers and operations teams, and managing communication through emails and phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle car rental bookings, reservations, and related operational activities.
- Enter, update, and maintain booking details and customer information in the system.
- Manage emails and phone calls related to bookings, cancellations, modifications, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with customers, drivers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Track booking status and ensure timely updates and confirmations.
- Maintain accurate records, reports,



and operational data.
- Resolve booking-related issues and follow up on pending requests.
- Ensure timely completion of daily back-office activities.

Candidate Requirements

- 2 - 4 years of experience in back-office operations, booking, reservations, or data entry.
- Experience in the car rental, travel, transport, or hospitality industry will be preferred.
- Good communication skills and email-handling ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
- Solid attention to detail, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and tasks efficiently.
