- Utility Systems Operations: Oversee and maintain plant utilities including electrical systems, compressors, HVAC, water treatment plants, DG (Diesel Generator) sets, cooling towers, heat exchangers, and fire protection systems. [
- Maintenance Programs: Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and minimize breakdowns.
- Breakdown & Root Cause Analysis: Diagnose equipment failures using tools like "Why-Why" analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and perform independent field rectifications.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) procedures, adhere to Health, Safety, and Setting (HSE) standards, and participate in safety audits and risk assessments.
- Documentation & Spare Parts: Manage maintenance logs, track spare parts inventory, monitor vendor service contracts, and prepare MIS reports.
