- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the BFSI sector, focusing on fintech and payment solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement core banking solutions using SaaS platforms.
- Identify current market opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders to expand existing partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 2-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry, preferably in BFSI or FinTech sectors.
- Strong understanding of banking software, payment gateways, payment systems, and core banking solution (CBS).
- Experience working with SaaS-based products or similar technology stacks is an added advantage.
