This is an administrative and operations-focused application support role centered on user governance, ticketing, and compliance audits rather than backend technical development or database scripting.

Key Responsibilities

- Access Provisioning & Deprovisioning: Process daily user access and permission requests across 5060 business applications in accordance with defined user profiles and role-based policies.
- Ticketing & Request Workflow: Manage incoming user tickets via centralized identity and access tools (e.g., LAM / central ticketing consoles), ensuring requests are validated and closed within agreed SLAs.
- User Account Maintenance: Handle identity updates, role modifications, access privilege changes, and deactivations for internal team members and stakeholders.
- Audit & Compliance Support: Assist with quarterly access reviews, compliance reporting, and entitlement reconciliations to ensure adherence to company security policies.
- Reporting & Tracking: Maintain tracking sheets,



generate periodic access summary reports, and document user logs using spreadsheet tools.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide prompt, polite, and qualified email support to end-users regarding their application access queries or delays.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Any Bachelors Degree (B.Sc, BCA, B.Com, BBA, B.Tech/B.E., or equivalent).
- Experience: 0 to 1 year of professional experience (Freshers with strong communication are encouraged to apply).
- Tools & Software:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data sorting, VLOOKUP, basic formatting) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Comfortable navigating web-based internal tools and portals.
- Basic familiarity with SQL, Linux, or command-line concepts is an added advantage, but core coding/scripting is not required.
