Job Summary:

We are looking for a senior Supply Chain leader to lead and scale strategic supply chain capabilities across consulting, planning, transformation, and execution. The role will drive end-to-end supply chain transformation spanning planning, S&OP;/IBP, demand and supply planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory optimization, logistics, and digital supply chain. The leader will combine strong supply chain domain expertise with consulting rigor, practice/capability building, business growth, executive advisory, solutioning, transformation delivery, technology and analytics enablement, and people leadership. The role will work closely with CXO and senior client stakeholders to define transformation strategies, operating models, roadmaps, technology solutions, and measurable business outcomes.

1. SUPPLY CHAIN LEADER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and scale the Supply Chain Consulting Practice.
- Own practice strategy, offerings, revenue, margin, and pipeline.
- Drive end-to-end Supply Chain transformation across Supply Chain Planning, S&OP;, Demand Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory Optimization, Logistics, and Digital Supply Chain.
- Drive business growth through recent business, strategic accounts, cross-sell, expansion, and partnerships.
- Provide CXO / VP / Director-level advisory, strategic roadmaps, and transformation assessments.
- Lead solutioning, proposals, pre-sales, and delivery oversight.
- Ensure engagement quality, profitability, governance, and risk management.
- Build, lead, and develop consulting teams.
- Develop consulting methods, IP, accelerators, and thought leadership.





REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERTISE & QUALIFICATIONS

- Supply Chain Consulting Leadership and Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation.
- End-to-end Supply Chain Management across planning, S&OP;, demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, logistics, and digital supply chain.
- Practice Building, Business Development, Account Growth, Revenue, Margin and Pipeline Management.
- CXO / Executive Advisory, Solutioning, Pre-Sales, Delivery Governance, and Strategic Account Management.
- Offering Development, Intellectual Property, Thought Leadership, and People Leadership.
- SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, Coupa / Ariba, TMS / CTRM, Control Towers, AI / ML, Supply Chain Analytics, Power BI, Python, and Alteryx preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience in supply chain consulting, transformation, strategy, or enterprise supply chain leadership.

2. PLANNING PRACTICE LEADER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead, scale, and mature the Global Planning Practice within IEO.
- Own end-to-end planning across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, S&OP;/IBP, and inventory optimization.
- Lead planning managers and specialists across Direct, Indirect, and logistics.
- Establish planning governance covering statistical forecasting,



supply constraints, MPS, capacity planning, and MEIO.
- Lead executive S&OP;/IBP orchestration across Commercial, Finance, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
- Drive next-generation planning operating models and transformation roadmaps.
- Drive AI-first planning through predictive demand sensing, scenario simulation, automated replenishment, and touchless exceptions.
- Interface with warehousing, 3PL, and logistics to balance stock norms, inventory turns, and OTIF.
- Provide C-suite advisory, thought leadership, whitepapers, playbooks, pre-sales, proposals, and solutioning.
- Build scalable planning methodologies, frameworks, and reusable assets.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERTISE & QUALIFICATIONS

- Deep mastery of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Supply Allocation, Inventory Health, SLOB, DOH, S&OP;/IBP, and planning transformation.
- Strong expertise in Production Planning, MPS, capacity planning, and MEIO.
- Deep experience in direct manufacturing and retail/consumer.
- Strong consulting and operating model redesign experience.
- APS platforms: o9, Kinaxis RapidResponse, Blue Yonder/JDA, SAP IBP, Anaplan, OMP.
- AI/ML forecasting, predictive demand sensing, generative AI, digital twins, scenario simulation, automated replenishment, and autonomous/touchless planning.
- Warehouse, network, 3PL, and logistics interface knowledge.
- Strong executive influence and C-suite advisory capability.
- Thought leadership, pre-sales, proposal, and client-facing capabilities.
- 15-18 years of relevant experience.
