Job Title: ServiceNow GRC/IRM Core Developer

Role & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, and related modules.
- Build and customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer, and Catalog Items.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party security/compliance tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Perform platform customizations while adhering to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide technical resolutions.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployments, and upgrade activities.
- Create technical design documents and maintain development standards across projects.
- Work closely with architects, business analysts, and implementation teams in Agile environments.
- Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance requirements are met.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of overall ServiceNow Development experience.




- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules.
- Strong development expertise in:
- Business Rules
- Script Includes
- Client Scripts
- UI Policies/UI Actions
- ACLs
- Flow Designer
- IntegrationHub

- Experience in one or more IRM modules:

- Policy & Compliance
- Risk Management
- Audit Management
- Vendor Risk Management

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow platform architecture, and integrations.
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow Certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS-GRC/IRM are preferred.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Compliance-driven domains is an added advantage.
