WE’RE HIRING: Video Editor + Production Associate

Are you an editor who loves a good story and can step behind the camera when needed?

We’re looking for a creative professional who lives and breathes video editing, has a strong sense of storytelling, and can also help bring productions to life.

This is primarily an editing role (70–80%), with the remaining 20–30% involving production, client coordination and on-set execution.

What you'll do

Video Editing (70–80% of your role)

Edit videos from raw footage to final delivery, with a strong focus on storytelling, pacing, music, sound and visual flow.

Turn briefs and creative ideas into engaging videos that connect with the intended audience.

Edit long-form videos and create shorter cutdown minis wherever applicable.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop narratives, improve edits and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Manage feedback and revisions while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Ensure every final video meets the project's creative direction and brand guidelines.

Work confidently with Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or other editing tools is a plus.

Production & Creative Producing (20–30% of your role)

Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand briefs, objectives, timelines and deliverables.

Help plan shoots, production schedules, budgets, logistics and resources.

Coordinate shoots, manage vendors and support on-set execution.

Direct or assist on-camera talent and crew when required.

Ensure projects move smoothly from pre-production to shooting, editing and final delivery.





Manage multiple projects and keep communication explicit with clients and collaborators.

What we're looking for

Strong video editing skills and a good eye for storytelling, detail and visual aesthetics.

A solid understanding of pacing, music, sound design, transitions and narrative structure.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.

Familiarity with professional cameras, framing, lighting and basic cinematography.

Good organisational, communication and project management skills.

The ability to take ownership of projects, manage deadlines and handle feedback constructively.

Someone who's proactive, curious, resourceful and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
