Lead order to cash design for dairy sales and distribution operations.

Key responsibilities

- Own sales organizational design, master data, order management and fulfillment processes.
- Configure pricing, discounts, rebates or settlement processes and customer credit integration.
- Design deliveries, billing, returns, credit notes and intercompany flows as applicable.
- Address shelf life, batch allocation, route distribution and customer returns with logistics teams.
- Coordinate finance, inventory, warehouse and external sales system integrations.
- Lead migration validation, order to cash testing, cutover and user adoption.

Mandatory experience and skills

- Direct, hands on experience in at least one SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud edition implementation,



covering the activities relevant to this role.
- Dairy industry SAP project experience, with demonstrated understanding of the business processes relevant to this role.
- Solid SD configuration across order, delivery and billing cycles.
- Experience with high volume distribution, promotional pricing and customer claims.
- Knowledge of batch and expiry driven fulfillment, credit management and revenue posting integration.
- At least two implementation cycles and functional team leadership.
