Role & responsibilities

An on-ground trainer and facilitator role in Pune. You will deliver our structured childcare curriculum to childcare specialist batches, assess progress, and ensure both caregiving and health components are taught to a high standard. Ideal for a nursing professional who pairs strong clinical knowledge with a genuine interest in early childhood development and caregiver education.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Lead induction and orientation sessions for new candidate batches
- Deliver structured, competency-based training across the five core modules below
- Conduct skill assessments, return demonstrations and competency evaluations
- Facilitate simulated caregiving scenarios and hands-on practical sessions
- Coach candidates on technical skills, communication, professionalism and caregiving discipline; mentor for confidence, empathy and real-world readiness
- Track progress and placement readiness we measure outcomes,



not attendance
- Contribute to curriculum refinement, training materials and a scalable training playbook for future batches

Preferred candidate profile

M.Sc Nursing Paediatrics / Neonatal / Child Health / Maternal & Child Health preferred

• 2–5 years clinical experience, ideally in paediatric, neonatal or community healthcare

• Exposure to daycare, crches, at-home childcare, paediatric community care or parent education is a robust advantage

• Demonstrated interest in training, facilitation, mentoring or education • Able to simplify clinical concepts for non-clinical learners

• Patient, empathetic, energetic; comfortable with learners from diverse backgrounds

• Willing to work on the ground in Pune
