About the Role
Ruvix is growing and looking for energetic telecallers to join our team in Meham. You will speak with customers over the phone, explain our products and services, and help turn interested callers into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads and potential customers
- Handle incoming calls and answer customer queries politely
- Explain Ruvix products/services clearly and generate interest
- Follow up with interested customers and fix appointments or visits for the sales team
- Maintain call records and update customer details in the system
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
- Coordinate with sales executives and managers to close leads
What We're Looking For
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi
- Basic English (preferred)
- Confident and positive attitude
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
