Salary & Benefits
- Maximum Salary: Up to 40,000 CTC per month
- Night shift allowance, as applicable.

Eligibility Criteria:-
- Graduates: Freshers can apply.
- Undergraduates: Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Prior experience must be specifically in an international voice process for undergraduate candidates.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Shift & Work Details:-
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Week Offs: 2 rotational week offs
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls for international customers.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer concerns and provide effective resolutions.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet performance, productivity, and quality targets.
