Key Technical & Process Skills

- Understands product, process, tooling, fixtures, machines, and manufacturing feasibility.
- Automotive Quality Core Tools: Deep working knowledge of APQP.
- Industrialization & Readies: Validating manufacturing lines, layout planning, cycle-time analysis, line balancing analysis, and running Run at Rate trials with OEE tracking.
- Project & Milestone Tracking: Managing timeline, risk mitigation plans, and Launch Readiness Reviews from SOP (Start of Production) through volume ramp-up.
- Interface Management: Acting as the primary communication link between central program management, Program CFT, Plant - Quality, maintenance, logistics, IE, production and Safety.
- Problem-Solving: Rapid root-cause analysis (e.g., 8D, Fishbone/Ishikawa) on the shop floor during line trials or early production blocks along with required action owners.
- Proficient in LOP action plan effectively closer.
- Escalation: Escalates with facts, business impact, action owners, and target dates.
- Ownership: Demonstrates accountability, initiative, decision-making, and closure discipline
- Software Tools: Advanced proficiency in project planning and data software (MS Project, Excel, presentation and plant reporting tools.
