Workday Finance (Accounting Center & Prism) Consultant Pan India Hybrid / WFO 4+ Exp

Mode of Hire: Contract-to-Hire (C2H)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 30 Days Maximum

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Workday Accounting Center & Prism Consultant with 4+ years of experience in Workday Financials, Accounting Center, and Workday Prism Analytics. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting event processing, financial data transformation, data modeling, reporting, and analytics to support business and financial reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, develop, and support Workday Accounting Center solutions for financial transaction processing and accounting event management.
- Work on accounting rules, accounting event processing, and the transformation of operational transactions into accounting entries.
- Develop and maintain Workday Prism Analytics datasets, data pipelines, data transformations, and calculated fields.
- Integrate data from Workday and external systems to support financial analytics and reporting.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions to meet business requirements.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, troubleshooting,



and root-cause analysis for accounting and reporting issues.
- Collaborate with Finance, functional, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Support testing, deployment, enhancements, and production issue resolution.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with business and financial reporting requirements.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of relevant Workday experience, with hands-on expertise in Workday Accounting Center and Workday Prism Analytics.
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts, financial transactions, and accounting event processing.
- Experience with data transformation, data modeling, and financial data analysis.
- Knowledge of Workday reporting, calculated fields, and data sources.
- Experience with Workday integrations and external data sources is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
