We are looking for an experienced legal qualified to manage commercial contracts, corporate legal advisory, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, procurement, vendor, service, and technology agreements.
- Manage the complete contract lifecycle, including execution and renewals.
- Advise business teams on contractual risks, liabilities, and legal matters.
- Oversee regulatory compliance, including POSH, anti-bribery, anti-trust, and data privacy.
- Coordinate with external law firms on disputes and litigation matters.
Requirements:
- Law degree from a reputed law school.
- 10+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong expertise in commercial contracts, contract negotiation, and corporate legal advisory.
- Experience in a reputed law firm and/or multinational company preferred.
