- Administer and support MySQL databases across production and non-production environments.
- Manage GCP Cloud SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL), including provisioning, scaling, high availability, replication, backup, and recovery
- Lead database migration initiatives from on-premises to cloud platforms using GCP migration services
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform for automated database provisioning and management
- Optimize database performance through query tuning, indexing, and capacity planning
- Support analytics and reporting workloads using BigQuery and related GCP services
- Implement high availability, disaster recovery, monitoring, and security best practices
- Collaborate with DevOps, application, and platform teams to deliver reliable database services

Exposure to PostgreSQL, Cloud Spanner, ETL tools, and GitHub Copilot.





- Strong experience in MySQL Database Administration .
- Hands-on expertise with GCP Cloud SQL , BigQuery , and cloud database operations
- Experience with Terraform , CI/CD, and infrastructure automation
- Knowledge of database migration, replication, backup/recovery, and HA/DR solutions
- Proficiency in SQL , Linux, and Shell scripting
- Positive understanding of database security, monitoring, and performance optimization
